9th graders serve on board of Trinity’s literary magazine

Two Keystone 9th graders serve on the youth board of High Noon, a new literary magazine at Trinity University, and delivered remarks at a gathering to launch the magazine’s second issue.

Aleena and Celeste were also featured in a story about a launch event in the university’s student newspaper, which referred to the two as “the talk of the event.”

Other speakers included Trinity instructor and Keystone parent Jennifer Bartlett and former San Antonio Poet Laureate Octavio Quintanilla.

This second issue of the magazine focuses on “difficult conversations.”
