Building STEAM.
Inspiring Wonder.
A $10 million capital campaign to reimagine a historic estate into future-ready learning spaces where STEM and the humanities thrive together.
A Future-Focused Vision.
Keystone School is embarking on its most ambitious effort to date through the Building STEAM: Creating Spaces, Inspiring Wonder capital campaign.
This $10 million initiative will transform a once-glorious 1908 estate into modern, flexible classroom spaces designed for curiosity, collaboration, and innovation. Located in Historic Monte Vista, the project honors the character of the past while creating spaces built for the future.
Through Building STEAM, students will deepen their understanding of how the humanities and STEM strengthen one another, developing critical thinkers, creative problem-solvers, and engaged citizens prepared to meet the challenges of an ever-changing world.
Keystone has long been a cornerstone of San Antonio’s educational excellence. This campaign ensures that our physical spaces reflect the depth, rigor, and imagination of the learning that happens within them.

Your support of the Building STEAM Capital Campaign directly invests in the spaces where students explore ideas, ask meaningful questions, and discover who they are becoming.
Every gift, whether a one-time donation, recurring contribution, or pledge, helps bring this vision to life. Together, we can strengthen Keystone School as a place where young people grow into the best versions of themselves and are equipped to engage the issues facing our world.
Gifts at $5,000 or above are eligible for naming opportunities. To learn about the remaining Naming Opportunities, please contact Adriana Villafranca,

Construction in Progress
Thanks to the extraordinary generosity of our donors, the work is underway. Below, you’ll find a growing collection of photos documenting the transformation of this historic 1908 estate into the STEAM learning spaces our students will call their own for generations to come.
We’ll update this gallery regularly as construction advances. Every beam raised, every wall framed, and every room finished is a reflection of this community’s belief in what Keystone School can be.
