For the 11th year in a row, Keystone has been named one of San Antonio’s Top Workplaces.

Keystone is one of only four businesses in the San Antonio area to receive the award for all 11 years of the program from the San Antonio Express-News and Philadelphia-based research firm Energage.

To determine the Top Workplaces, Energage conducted employee surveys of 134 organizations that employ more than 48,000 workers in the San Antonio area. Businesses that scored the highest received the designation as a Top Workplace.

Businesses that ranked highest scored well in alignment and connection. Or, to put it another way, Top Workplaces were organizations where employees felt like they supported a company’s direction and values, and where employees felt appreciated.
