Masae Falcon Ellis ’06 visited with Fourth Grade Leadership this week to discuss her career and share insight about the qualities of a leader.
She was a Keystone lifer and went to Texas A&M for her bachelor’s degree and received her law degree from the University of Texas School of Law in 2013.
She now practices real estate law as a senior associate at Winston & Strawn law firm in Dallas. Among the projects she’s working on is a big development near Disney World in Florida, and she shared how she once did a deal for the actor Will Smith.
Masae discussed several qualities of a leader. Among them:
- Confidence
- Delegation
- Time management
- Diplomacy
Maybe some of those fourth-graders will grow up to become leaders in their own fields.
